Ambient Temperature:
Normal operating conditions: Maximum ambient temperature not exceeding 40°C; 24-hour average temperature not exceeding 35°C, and the average value measured within the year is lower than this; minimum ambient temperature not below -5°C.
Allowable operating conditions: -40°C to 85°C.
Altitude:
Normal operating conditions: Installation altitude not exceeding 2000m.
Allowable operating conditions: 2000m to 4500m.
Atmospheric Conditions:
Normal operating conditions: Clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50% at 40°C; higher humidity is allowed at lower temperatures; under these conditions, moderate condensation may occur occasionally due to temperature changes.
Allowable operating conditions: Relative humidity does not exceed 95% without obvious condensation.
Installation Conditions:
WESTKING'S FUSE should be installed horizontally or vertically according to the actual situation. When installing, ensure that the electrical clearance is not less than 8mm and the creepage distance is not less than 10mm. The installation conditions are as follows:
a) In places with no significant shaking and impact vibration;
b) In media without explosion hazards and containing no gases or dust that can corrode metals and destroy insulation;
c) In places without rain, snow, or ice invasion.
Packaging and Storage:
Packaging: Corrugated paper inner box, outer carton, with rain, moisture, and fragile safety marks.
Storage: Temperature -40°C to 40°C; relative humidity not exceeding 70% at 40°C, 80% at 30°C, and 90% at 20°C below; waterproof, avoid contact with liquid water and deformation due to moisture absorption; fireproof.
Use and Maintenance:
WESTKING'S FUSE should be regularly cleaned and maintained by dedicated personnel, inspect the status of fasteners, and ensure safe operation. When the fuse element melts, replace it with a fuse of the same specification, and pay attention to remove dust and other contaminants from the base.
